Upcoming group trainings

If you feel more comfortable in a group setting or believe the time has come to embark on a journey of self-discovery with the support of peers, you have the opportunity to join both long-term and short-term group sessions. In these groups, it's often the case that 2+2=5 - meaning the collective experience exceeds the sum of its parts. The insights and reflections shared by group members significantly enhance personal growth and development.

Focusing experiential group

"The most authentic source is physical experience," says Eugene Gendlin, the father of Focusing and an Austrian philosopher and psychotherapist.

Our bodies signal where we are stuck, often reflecting the unresolved issues we are unwilling to face - whether it's something we haven't forgiven ourselves for or our fellow human beings. The body remembers what we’ve been through and resonates with our current thoughts and feelings.

It is essential to listen to this wisdom. In moments like these, we turn inward, offering compassion to different parts of ourselves - the traumatized child, the harsh inner critic - while drawing strength from the free, joyful inner child or adult self.

The more we practice this, the closer we come to feeling whole.

In this group, you will have the opportunity to experience the transformative power of Focusing firsthand. Through your own experiences and physical sensations, you will deepen your connection to yourself and move closer to your inner sense of security.
